1.3 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our jewellery products, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
- Ordering and Payment
2.1 Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment of the order.
2.3 Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in PKR or GBP and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and duties. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or modify your order and provide you with the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
2.4 Payment: Payment for the products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept only bank transfers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery i.e. 7 – 10 business days, timeframe provided. However, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates, as they may be subject to unforeseen delays or events beyond our control.
3.2 Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
3.3 Shipping Charges and Customs: Shipping charges and any applicable customs duties or taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. You are advised to check with your local customs office for any additional charges that may apply.
- Returns and Refunds
4.1 The price of custom jewelry, depending on the gold karat, may be adjusted by a deduction ranging from 10% to 16% at any time after the order has been placed.
4.2 The deduction percentage will be determined by the current market rates of gold karat at the time of the adjustment.
4.3. The customer will be notified of any price adjustments due to changes in gold karat rates prior to finalizing the order.
4.4. Once the customer has been informed of the price adjustment, they will have the option to either accept the revised pricing or cancel the order.
4.5. In the event of order cancellation due to price adjustments, any payment made by the customer will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
4.6 In the event of a custom jewellery order cancellation, a deduction of 1 gram of labor will be applied for every 10 grams of the total order.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, on our website are the intellectual property of IQ JEWELLERS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any content from our website without our prior written consent.

6.1 Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the products and your use of our website.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall IQ JEWELLERS be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respected country.
